Former Premier League title winner departs after 19 months in charge.
Antonio Conte has left Tottenham Hotspur by mutual consent. The 53-year-old Italian had been in charge at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium since November 2021, but a disappointing run of results in recent months has led to his departure.
Conte won the FA Cup in his first season in charge, but Spurs have struggled to maintain their form this season. They are currently fifth in the Premier League and were eliminated from the Champions League and FA Cup in the last 16.
It is understood that Conte had been unhappy with the club's transfer policy and lack of ambition. He had been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain, but it is now unclear where he will go next.
